I’ve been working harder, lately.

I’ve been working on my health. Making myself walk every morning until it’s become less of a forcing myself thing and more of a treat I look forward to. I have that time to myself to step away from everything negative. If I want to spend the time brainstorming, I can. If I want to spend it playing Wizards Unite, I can. If I want to listen to the NoSleep Podcast or Bat Force Radio, I do. It’s my time I give myself.

I’ve also been working on eating better. Things better for my body. Better portion sizes. Etc.

But the hard work isn’t just in my health.

I’ve been working on my blog, Wandering NerdGirl.

I’ve been writing reviews and travel posts. I’ve been planning new adventures and ways to make the blog grow. I’ve been getting out and trying new things. The productivity has been great for my mental health.

And on top of THAT, I started a YouTube channel. For travel, nerd things, collecting, etc. Here’s some links:

I’m working harder, guys.

Granted, I would rather NOT talk about work. Because all I ever do is work. And get treated like shit. And have people come inspect whether or not I can do my job. And have the process repeated because apparently proving I can do it the first damn time isn’t enough, and let’s not even begin to mention the bright idea of “Hey I know we don’t want you having any overtime buuuuut we’re adding to your workload…” *sigh* ANYWAY.

Let’s talk about the positive things, shall we?

Nor does is mention the awesome damn day I’m gonna have in EXACTLY two weeks. Which includes awesome people and quite possibly the coolest birthday party I’ll ever attend. BUT I SHALL SAVE THAT FOR PICTURES.
